This recipe is so easy and can be made using any red meat. The meat has to have been previously cooked, so it is a great way of using up leftovers from a previous roast dinner or other meal. The amount of ingredients you use is dependant on how much meat you have.
Clove Garlic crushed
1 Teaspoon Chilly Flakes
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper
Cut desired amount of cooked meat into small pieces.
Heat fry-pan on high and place in a good splash of olive oil, crushed garlic clove and chilly flakes. Cook briefly and then add the already cut meat.
Fry meat, add salt & pepper and occasionally add more olive oil if meat looks a little dry as it does tend to soak up any moisture.
Cook until it looks a little crispy.
Once cooked, remove from heat. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly so it is well blended together.
Serve with rice or on a sandwich.
